About Chris Anglin

Chris earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Wake Forest University in 2008 and his law degree from Elon University School of Law in 2011

Chris Anglin has spent more than 15 years helping injured people navigate situations they never expected to face. After graduating and passing the North Carolina Bar, he moved to Raleigh and founded Anglin Law Firm.

Early in his career, Chris handled a wide range of legal matters, including criminal cases, real estate closings, estate planning, construction disputes, and other civil matters. That broad experience gave him an early understanding of the many different problems that can bring someone to an attorney’s office. One of his more memorable early cases involved a client who arrived with a dog’s ear preserved in a plastic bag after it had allegedly been cut off during a grooming appointment.

Over time, Chris chose to focus his practice exclusively on personal injury law. Today, he represents people injured in motor vehicle accidents, catastrophic injury cases, wrongful death claims, premises liability matters, dog bite cases, construction accidents, and other cases involving negligence.

Chris understands that a personal injury case is rarely just about the legal claim. An accident can affect someone’s health, ability to work, finances, family, and plans for the future. At the same time, clients may suddenly find themselves dealing with medical providers, insurance companies, paperwork, and decisions they have never had to make before.

That is why Chris takes a straightforward approach to representation. He works to help clients understand what is happening, what their options are, and what steps come next. His goal is to provide steady guidance and strong advocacy while making an unfamiliar legal process easier to understand.

Chris knew from a young age that he wanted to become an attorney. As a child, he imagined becoming a prosecutor. His career ultimately took a different path, but the motivation behind it remained much the same: standing up for people and presenting their case when it matters. Today, he does that on behalf of injured people in Raleigh and throughout North Carolina.

Outside of the office, Chris remains a devoted Wake Forest football and basketball fan. He also enjoys spending time on the water, whether that means going to the beach, water skiing, scuba diving, or playing with a club water polo team in the Triangle. Chris also loves to travel and has a goal of visiting all seven continents. He has made it to four so far, with three still left on the list.
